Measuring organizational play in small businesses

Abstract Although traditionally seen as antinomic to work, play has always existed in work organizations. Recently, organizations increasingly and openly embrace play, research indicates the positive effects of such on employees’ well-being, attitude creativity. However, difficulty conceptualizing different types absence measurement tools have hindered large-scale study play.
